What is the Everpose Photo Experience?

How do I choose between the packages?

Accepted Answer

Essential is the complete experience with a classic fabric backdrop and one photo design. Signature adds longer coverage, drapery and floral backdrops, a second design, coordinated props, and personalized details. Bespoke adds the full backdrop collection, custom styling, branded designs, and creative direction. Digital is Essential without prints.

What's the difference between included, add-on, and by consultation?

Accepted Answer

Included means it comes with the package. Add-on means it is an optional upgrade quoted with your proposal, such as additional hours, a backdrop upgrade, or an extra photo design. By consultation means we arrange it with you for your specific event, such as a guestbook.

What happens after I send the request form?

Accepted Answer

We review your event details and follow up with availability, recommendations, and next steps. Sending the form is an inquiry, not a reservation: your date is held only once the agreement and retainer are completed.

How do we reserve our date?

Accepted Answer

A signed agreement and retainer reserve your date. Until both are completed, the date is not held. The details are outlined in your proposal.

How far in advance should we book?

Accepted Answer

As early as you can, especially for Saturday dates in spring, summer, and December. Custom designs may require additional lead time.

Where do you serve?

Accepted Answer

Nassau and Suffolk counties, including the Hamptons and North Fork, all five boroughs of New York City, Westchester and the Hudson Valley, and events throughout New Jersey, Connecticut, and Pennsylvania. Travel is quoted with your proposal.

How much space do you need?

The setup is compact and open-air, so it fits comfortably in most event spaces. Share your venue or floor plan with your request, and placement, space, and clearance are confirmed with the venue during planning.

What do you need from the venue?

Accepted Answer

Standard electrical access is preferred, and power requirements are confirmed during planning. If standard access isn't practical, we may be able to coordinate an alternative power solution for certain events, such as an appropriate portable power source, depending on the venue and setup. We deliver and set up before guests arrive and break down after the experience closes; setup access and timing are coordinated with the venue before the event.

Can the setup go outdoors?

Yes, when conditions are appropriate. Outdoor setups depend on the venue, the surface, access to power, the weather, and whether the equipment can be operated safely. Mention it in your request and we will confirm what works for your venue during planning.

How does instant sharing work?

Accepted Answer

Photos are typically delivered by text or email within a few minutes. Everpose plans for connectivity as part of your event setup and will coordinate an appropriate solution when venue service is limited. Guests can post and save their photos during the event.

How do guests receive their photos?

Accepted Answer

Instant prints during your event, as 2x6 photo strips printed on-site or 4x6 prints available on-site, in your design, plus instant sharing by text or email, typically within a few minutes. Duplicate 2x6 strips may be available depending on the selected layout. You also receive the full collection in an online gallery after the event. Digital skips the prints.

Can the design match our wedding or brand?

Accepted Answer

Yes. Every package includes a custom photo design in your colors, names, and date, with the backdrop and props chosen to suit the event. Fully branded layouts with your logo are included with Bespoke and available as an add-on with any other package.

Is the setup attended?

Always. An Everpose attendant hosts the experience from setup through the last photo, helps guests, and keeps everything running smoothly.
